Winston Purifoy

Mr. Purifoy has been a corporate finance and operations specialist involved in the oil and gas exploration and production industry for 28 years.  Mr. Purifoy has participated in drilling ventures in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Israel, Western Canada and offshore Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Purifoy is currently the managing partner of Grayhawk Advisors Ltd. since April 2005.  Prior to April 2005, Mr. Purifoy was the managing director of Covenant Financial Corporation from January 1992 to March 2005.  Both companies are private companies engaged in providing investment banking services.  Mr. Purifoy graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Finance in 1978 and also holds a Masters in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
