John Proust

Chairman and Director
Mr. Proust has advised public and private companies with respect to debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring since 1986. Mr. Proust has served on numerous boards and in several senior operating positions for private companies and TSX Venture Exchange listed companies, including as current President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Southern Arc Minerals Inc. (TSXV:SA), President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Superior Mining International Corporation (TSXV:SUI), and as a Director of Western Uranium Corporation (TSXV: WUC).
Mr. Proust was also previously the past President and a Director of Signature Resources Ltd. (UrAsia Energy Ltd.) (TSXV:UUU), President and a Director of TelcoPlus Enterprises Inc. (Yamiri Gold and Energy Inc.) (TSXV:YGI), President and a Director of Adobe Ventures Inc. (Coalcorp Mining Inc.) (TSXV:CCJ), and a Director of Canada West Capital Inc. (Canadian Sub-surface Energy Services Corp.) (TSXV:CSE), Chap Mercantile Inc. (Silver Wheaton Corp.) (TSX:SLW, NYSE:SLW), Full Riches Investment Ltd.; Bankers Petroleum Ltd. (TSX:BNK), Cash Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:CHX), Navigator Exploration Corp., Strongbow Exploration Inc. (TSXV:SBW) and KPS Ventures Ltd. (TSXV:KPS.H). In addition, Mr. Proust was previously the President, a Director and the majority shareholder of Canada Talc Limited, an Ontario miner and processor of industrial minerals.
Mr. Proust has extensive experience in corporate governance and is a graduate of The Directors College, De Groote School of Business at McMaster University and holds the designation of Chartered Director (C.Dir.).
Benjamin M. Jones

Chief Executive Officer, President and Director
Mr. Benjamin M. Jones has been involved in the oil and gas industry in North America since 1977. Mr. Jones worked for Placid Oil Company in Dallas, Texas from 1977 to 1981 as an exploitation engineer. In 1981, Mr. Jones became an independent explorationist, screening, generating, and promoting drilling prospects on the eastern shelf of the Permian Basin of West Central Texas. In 1986, Mr. Jones shifted his focus to the Gulf Coast Basin and toward raising drilling funds and investing in drilling prospects. In 1988, Mr. Jones partnered with John R. Howard in a merger of drilling funds and served as Exploration Manager for Carrollton Resources from 1988 to 1997. During this time, Carrollton participated in several hundred drilling wells and operated numerous properties. Carrollton Resources completed a stock merger into Titan Exploration Inc., a public exploration company, in 1997. Mr. Jones was engaged as the Gulf Coast Exploration Manager from 1997 to 1999. In 2000, Mr. Jones redirected his efforts to pursue coalbed methane projects and raised private equity to fund this pursuit. He is the founder of the Company’s Peace River Project in British Columbia. Mr. Jones graduated from
Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and also holds a Masters Degree in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Eduard Epshtein, CA

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Epshtein is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Diploma of Technology with Honours in Financial Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He started his accounting career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, specializing in providing audit and assurance services to medium to large public mining companies during which time he gained valuable exposure to the industry’s best practices for governance, disclosure and accounting. Later, he moved from auditing public practice to industry, becoming a corporate controller for a group of exploration companies where he managed the financial reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance for SEC registered companies. As an associate of J. Proust & Associates Inc., Mr. Epshtein gained hands-on experience working with public companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategy, financings and IPOs. He currently also serves as a CFO for Western Uranium Corporation (TSXV: WUC) and Southern Arc Minerals Inc. (TSXV: SA).
Eileen Au

Corporate Secretary
Ms. Au has worked in the capital markets in Asia for more than 10 years beginning her career at Morgan Grenfell Asia Holdings Pte Ltd. in the Philippines before moving on to regional firms. Ms. Au's roles have included senior management positions responsible in areas of finance, compliance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring. Ms. Au is currently the Corporate Secretary of Western Uranium Corp. (TSXV: WUC), Southern Arc Minerals Inc. (TSXV: SA) and Superior Mining International Corporations (TSXV: SUI). Ms. Au graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelors Degree in Science in 1987.
Kyle R. Burnett,

Mr. Burnett has been involved in the oil and gas business since 1979. Mr. Burnett founded Republic Petroleum Company in 1982 as an independent exploration and production company and acquired prospects, drilled and developed gas wells and built a gas gathering system in North Texas. Mr. Burnett is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Triumph Pacific Oil and Gas Corporation. He also serves as a board member for Bagby Energy, LLC, Magnolia Trading and Investment Company, and Arcadia Exploration and Production Company. Mr. Burnett currently holds a 50% ownership interest in privately held Arcadia Exploration and Production Company and serves in the capacity of Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Burnett is also the sole owner of Burnett Capital Investment, LLC, an entity in which all of his personal investments are held. He received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
John R. Howard Jr.

Mr. Howard has been the Chief Executive Officer of Summit Energy, an oil and gas exploration company since April, 2006 (acquired by Bayou Bend Petroleum Ltd. (TSX-V: BBP) in January 2007). From March, 1984 to June, 2006, Mr. Howard was the President of Carrollton Interests, Inc. From January 2000 to June, 2003, Mr. Howard was the President of Wampold Companies. Mr. Howard is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering.
Pat S. Bolin

Director
Mr. Bolin is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of EagleCorp. and Eagle Oil & Gas Co., which have production activities from over 600 wells in ten states. Mr. Bolin, attended Southern Methodist University, where he graduated with a BA degree in 1973. Upon graduation he was employed by Mitchell Energy Co. as a Landman, a position he left in 1976 to co-found Eagle Oil & Gas Co. Mr. Bolin is also the Chairman of Beacon National Insurance Corporation, an advisory director of Compass Bank and a director and member of the executive committee of Fidelity Bank, Wichita Falls.
