OVERVIEW

Canada Energy Partners Inc. (“the Company”) is an emerging Canadian natural gas exploration and development company with a concentrated land position in high-impact multi-zone potential areas in northeastern British Columbia. The Company was incorporated in May 2006, and attained public status on November 23, 2006, when its shares commenced trading on the TSX-V under the symbol “CE”.  Since its inception, Canada Energy has focused its efforts in northeastern British Columbia.
