The Company has an attractive land position on 100 gross sections (64,000 gross acres) in highly prospective, multi-zone potential areas of northeastern BC.  The prospective zones include Moosebar Shale, Gething CBM and Montney/Doig formations.  The Company is an active explorer/operator and has entered into three joint ventures with experienced, successful and well-funded oil and gas producers to aggressively advance exploration and development of its projects.  These joint ventures bring partners’ outstanding technical knowledge, capital and active exploration and development programs to the Company’s large-scale projects.  The Company has retained a significant working interest (35% to 50%) in its joint ventures to benefit from their future success.
